In the context of construction law, we can also include procedures for obtaining a building permit, which is mandatory before the start of construction, procedures for arranging real estate, geodetic procedures for the purpose of construction. These procedures include the preparation of appropriate construction and project documentation, the submission of applications for permits and obtaining consents and permits from the competent authorities, and last but not least, the procedure for obtaining a use permit.
