Resolving construction and other disputes

During construction, disputes may arise between various stakeholders, investors, contractors, subcontractors, supervisors, insurance companies and others. Disputes are mainly resolved by agreement, and some disputes are also resolved with the help of the courts. When resolving disputes, a well-prepared construction contract is also extremely important, where the parties to the construction contract can provide the court with alternative ways of resolving construction disputes through arbitration. However, disputes in construction matters can also be resolved in other ways than, for example, provided by FIDIC contracts, which the parties include in their construction contracts.
